Service & Scheduling
Do I need to be home when you scoop?
No, you do not need to be home. As long as the technician has access to the yard (unlocked gate or provided code), they can complete the service. We will even text you when we are on their way and when the job is done.
What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
We prioritize safety. If heavy rain or lightning makes it unsafe to work, service is usually postponed to the next day. If that isn’t possible, we will return on your next scheduled service day. For heavy snow that covers the yard, service may be skipped until it melts.
Do you take the poop with you?
No, we double bag it and put it in your can. We can haul it away for an extra fee, However most clients are fine with it in the bin.
Does my dog need to be inside?
While we love getting to know pets like Batman and Penut, even the friendliest dogs can be very territorial when someone new enters their yard. Keeping them indoors ensures the job gets done quickly and safely so they can get back to playing in a clean yard right away!

How do I know my gate will be locked when you leave?
This is a major concern for pet owners. We now promise to take a **photo of the secured gate** after every visit to give you peace of mind.
Is your service safe for my pets?
Yes. We sanitize our equipment and shoes with kennel-grade or hospital-grade disinfectants between yards to prevent the spread of diseases like Parvo. We also check for abnormalities in your pet’s waste (like worms) and will notify you if they spot health issues.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured so that in the rare event of an accident, you are not responsible for unexpected costs.
Billing & Contracts
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No Contracts. You should be able to pause, skip, or cancel your service at any time without penalty.
How does billing work?
We keep a card on file and charge you after each service or on a monthly recurring basis. If you skip a week (e.g., you are on vacation), you generally are not charged for that visit.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
